Job Overview

This role involves taking ownership of developing and delivering small product enhancements that support initiative deliveries across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage squad sprint cycles to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Own and prioritise the delivery backlog in line with agreed business and technology priorities.
  • Translate business outcomes into delivery requirements and solution designs, avoiding over-engineering while championing incremental delivery.
  • Define requirements using agile frameworks such as User Story Mapping, Epics, Features, user story writing and prototyping, while managing JIRA and associated toolsets.
  • Ensure successful delivery through clear definition, effective test coverage and robust deployment planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SME understanding of relevant ecosystem, with ability to translate technical concepts and business outcomes into a common language.
  • Practical experience applying Agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and using associated tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience in planning and managing squad delivery backlogs and sprint cycles to deliver outcomes efficiently.
  • Ability to lead minor platform releases, ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.
