About the Role

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and triaging support tickets from existing clients, offering assistance to the development team when required. You will also spearhead and execute the product implementation process for new clients, contribute to the specification of new features, enhancing the overall product offering, and foster collaboration across teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day business operations.
