About the Role:
The ideal candidate will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
Supporting program compliance, ensuring a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards.
Building strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
Opportunities to develop Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - split shift:
7:00am - 9:00am
2:45pm - 6:15pm
Total 27.5 hours per week.
Requirements:- You're passionate about kids, have a positive can-do attitude, and just love to have fun.
