Associate Site Reliability Engineer

Job SummaryWe're seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our SRE team, you'll work closely with engineers to build, maintain, and enhance our services, collaborating with product teams and end-users to understand their needs and develop solutions.
Responsibilities- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine SRE tooling, ensuring seamless integration with our services.
- Participate in pair programming and code reviews to ensure high-quality code and shared understanding of work.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field, or completion of a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months.
- Ability to learn and work across our technology stack, including TypeScript, Go, Ruby, Kotlin, and Python.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments, including AWS and GCP.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
