Job Description
As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with financial advisers to manage their calendars, prepare for client meetings, and ensure follow-up tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and coordinate adviser support
- Prepare for appointments and ensure seamless administrative processes
- Ensure accurate client data and records using our web-based portal
- Answer and direct incoming calls, meet and greet clients, and maintain diary management
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous client service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Willingness to work in an office environment
