Responsibilities

As a personal trainer, you'll:

  • Coach members 1-on-1 and in small groups to achieve real results.
  • Use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business.
  • Build strong client relationships and create personalized training journeys.
  • Contribute to a positive club culture alongside our passionate team.
  • Continuously develop your skills through ongoing mentorship and education.

Requirements

  • A qualified personal trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) OR ready to start your certification.
  • Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals.
  • A self-starter who's motivated to build and grow a PT business.
  • A strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence.
  • Organized, professional, and driven to create a long-term career in fitness.
