Metrowest currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Site Builder in our rapidly growing Technical Projects team. You'll form an important part of the team delivering industry-leading automated housing solutions within the AgTech sector.

With site locations based within a 100-300km radius from Perth CBD, you will have the opportunity to work in rural areas with open spaces. Our Monday to Friday work schedule ensures you have the option to work overtime and still return home for the weekend. You will receive an attractive renumeration package, including a daily living away from home allowance.

**You will need the following qualifications**
- Diploma Welding & Fabrication
- HRWL - Dogman
- MS Software
- Driver's Licence
- Police clearance

Your responsibilities will include:

- Fabricating, assembling and repairing metal products such as structures, frames, plates and sheets
- Manual arc welding, oxy acetylene welding, mig welding, tig welding
- Performing manual heating and thermal cutting including mechanical cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting, plasma cutting, air arc gouging
- Interpreting technical drawings and performing engineering measurements and computations
- Maintaining and ensuring safe and correct use of all workshop tools and equipment

Main tasks include supervising:

- Shed frame assembly
- Roof installation
- Installation of insulated wall panels
- Assemble & install specialist feed, drinking and ventilation equipment

It would be advantageous, but not compulsory, to have experience in any the following areas:

- Carpentry
- Equipment fit outs

To be considered you must be:

- Physically fit and reliable
- Sound knowledge of HSE practices
- A valid driver's licence
- White card
