Casual Invigilation Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support examination processes by working as a Casual Invigilator.

As an Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring students follow rules and maintain focus during exams. You will also verify student identities, distribute and collect exam materials, and address any issues that arise during the exam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring students during exams to ensure they adhere to rules and regulations
  • Verifying student identities and managing exam materials
  • Maintaining adherence to exam procedures and protocols
  • Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the exam
  • Completing administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent self-management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
