Exam Support Assistant

This role involves providing support to candidates during exams, ensuring the examination process runs smoothly and fairly. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring students during exams, verifying their identity, distributing and collecting exam materials, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring students during exams to maintain focus and adherence to rules.
- Verifying student identities, distributing, and collecting exam materials.
- Identifying and addressing academic misconduct or irregularities.
- Reporting incidents and maintaining records as necessary.
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
