In addition to this, you will ensure that exams are conducted fairly and in a secure and conducive environment.Please note: Days and Hours for these roles are flexible.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring students during exams to ensure they follow the rules and maintain focus.Verifying the identity of students, distributing, and collecting exam materials.Monitoring for any signs of Academic misconduct or irregularities and maintaining adherence to exam rules and regulations.Address any issues that arise during the exam and ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the examination process.Completion of basic administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, filing etc.Ensure all candidates adhere to exam guidelines, including restrictions on electronic devices, unauthorised materials, and behaviour.Complete any necessary documentation, including incident reports, and report any irregularities as appropriate.Observe for signs of cheating or misconduct and take appropriate action if necessary.About YouAustralian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Essential).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work under their own initiative to deliver outputs to time, quality and cost.Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.An education background would be preferred but is not essential.Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.We believe in hiring for potential, we understand that some candidates hesitate if they don't tick all the boxes.
