We are seeking a senior professional to lead the strategy, delivery, and growth of integrated social, influencer, and digital communications programs. This role involves shaping bold, data-driven campaigns for major brands and setting the benchmark for innovation in Australia's communications industry.
You will provide strategic counsel to senior clients, manage key accounts, and drive measurable impact across digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires high-performing teams, and identifies opportunities to grow client programs.

Responsibilities:- Lead and grow senior client relationships across social, influencer, and digital channels.
- Deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns on time and within budget.
- Provide integrated counsel across paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels.
- Mentor and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Champion the company's values while building networks across media and industry.
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, with significant expertise in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and digital communications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – active listening, cultural fluency, and the ability to read the room with clients, creators, and colleagues.
- Confidence in presenting and selling integrated social, influencer, and digital ideas, content strategies, and creative solutions.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and engage the right internal and external specialists for campaign needs.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and channels while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, with a deep understanding of audience behaviors in the digital space.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to link creative ideas to measurable business outcomes.
- Forward-thinking and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of platform innovations, creator economy trends, and emerging technologies.
- Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to continuous professional growth.
- In-depth understanding of industry specialty areas, digital ecosystems, and cross-channel integration.
