As a Senior Associate, you will join a dynamic team of 30 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional tax services to high net worth clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing clients and complex tax issues, designing and implementing structures tailored to their commercial objectives, and liaising with the Australian Taxation Office.
You will also provide advice on the purchase of new investments or business assets, support families in transferring wealth between generations, and participate in client management and project work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing clients and complex tax issues
- Designing and implementing structures tailored to clients' commercial objectives
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office, including representing clients during ATO engagements and managing tax reporting obligations
- Providing advice on the purchase of new investments or business assets
- Supporting families in transferring wealth between generations
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar tax-based role and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.
The successful Senior Associate will meet the following criteria:
- A relevant bachelor's degree
- Recent CA or CPA qualification, or close to qualifying
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
