Clinical Education Leader

The University of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the provision of high-quality clinical education relevant to the discipline within the Clinical Unit and across a Learning Community.
You will collaborate with the relevant Mayne Academy and Academy for Medical Education, support the integration of learning across all four years of the program, and lead the engagement with specialty-specific hospital and community care clinicians.
The ideal candidate will have a proven academic track record within their specialty, supervisory responsibility of the Speciality Supervisor and Educational Registrar roles, and be highly visible in the hospital or community care environment.
About the RoleThis is a teaching-focused position that requires a strong academic background and experience in clinical education. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical education programs, leading clinical education teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve clinical education goals.
The role also involves supervisory responsibilities, including mentoring and supporting junior staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to academic excellence.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $134,845 - $155,246 + 17% Superannuation (Academic Level C) and $162,046 - $178,367 + 17% Superannuation (Academic Level D).
