Clinical Education Lead

This is a teaching-focused position that requires a highly visible and experienced leader to facilitate the provision of high-quality clinical education within the Clinical Unit and across a Learning Community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate the provision of high-quality clinical education relevant to the discipline within the Clinical Unit and across a Learning Community.
- Collaborate with the relevant Mayne Academy and Academy for Medical Education to support the integration of learning across all four years of the program.
- Lead the engagement with specialty-specific hospital and community care clinicians.
- Supervise the Specialty Supervisor and Educational Registrar roles, as applicable.
- A proven academic track record within their specialty.
- Highly visible in the hospital or community care environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve educational outcomes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A teaching-focused position with opportunities for career progression.

- Grant writing support and research funding opportunities.
