Lead the Way in Early Childhood Education

C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our centre and ensuring the highest quality educational programs for children aged 0 to 5 years.

With a strong focus on play-based learning, you will lead a team of passionate educators to deliver engaging and interactive programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our young learners.

As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff management, program development, and community engagement. You will work closely with our Director to achieve our centre's goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of our strategic plan.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, fun, and committed to guiding children's early learning and development. If you have a passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff management and program development
  • Work closely with the Director to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of our strategic plan
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
