Job Title: Transformation Manager

Overview:

The Transformation Manager will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing change and implementation within the organisation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring operational readiness through building up offshore teams, launching new products, and optimising onboarding initiatives.
  • Assessing the impact of initiatives across all teams in the organisation.
  • Implementing project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and managing internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Measuring and reporting project progress to management, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensuring end-to-end processes are documented and updated in a standardised manner.
  • Assisting business areas in gathering required information for documenting operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Contributing to creating and establishing KPIs to monitor product quality, inform decision-making, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Defining clear responsibilities during service introduction, ensuring proper documentation and training.
  • Implementing and managing scope changes to meet financial goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven project management experience within the Service/Solution sector, demonstrating ability to successfully manage projects.
  • Fluent oral and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to proactively drive initiatives.
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and commitment to results.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • University degree (ideally business, finance, or IT oriented) or equivalent through experience.
  • Team spirit.

  • Presentation skills.
