Key Responsibilities:
  1. See the big picture and keep focused on the most impactful work even when plans shift. Partner closely with project teams, leaders and stakeholders ensuring the people side of change is prioritized while technical delivery stays on track.
  2. Create clear compelling strategies that inspire confidence translating complex impacts into practical steps for teams at all levels. Anticipate and navigate ambiguity with calm energy finding solutions and opportunities along the way. Coach others to lift change capability for future transformations.

You'll bring a service mindset understanding stakeholder needs and ensuring engagement is genuine. Lead with curiosity challenge old ways and find creative solutions balancing customer brand and team interests.

Collaboration is key build trust bring diverse perspectives together and co-create solutions. Communicate clearly and empathetically whether speaking to frontline teams or leadership and be comfortable in both strategic and operational settings.
