About the Role:
This position serves as a catalyst for strategic growth—delivering insights and recommendations that enhance planning accuracy, deepen understanding, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic plans
- Monitor market trends, member behavior, and competitive landscapes
- Create data-driven narratives through dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Support performance reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Lead customer insights initiatives, managing research engagements and survey delivery
- Oversee survey design and data management across platforms
- Translate research findings into actionable strategies and operational improvements
- Equip teams with insights aligned to strategic goals and support continuous improvement
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years in strategy, planning, or research roles
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and benchmarking
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience interpreting complex data sets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and digital surveys
- Demonstrated ability to craft high-impact reporting materials for senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
