Precision Agriculture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to install, support and repair precision ag GNSS products and Trimble machine control systems.
The successful applicant will provide remote and in-field support for customers, optimise and train on site and on farm when needed, and answer and document incoming support calls.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, support, and repair of precision ag GNSS products and Trimble machine control systems
- Provide remote and in-field support for customers
- On-site and on-farm customer optimisation and training when needed
- Answering and documenting incoming support calls
- A trade qualification in auto electrical, mechanical, or a related field
- A current and unrestricted driver's licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- An interest in and willingness to learn Trimble products and guidance systems
- Experience or interest in agriculture environments
- Ability to travel long distances, working autonomously and remotely
- Ability to work within a team environment
