Lead Onboarding and Learning Strategist

This role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies.
- The successful candidate will lead innovative onboarding and learning strategies across Customer Service, shape future-ready workforce capability with scalable learning frameworks, and lead the development of job-ready programs that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.
- Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
