**Education Leader Opportunity**
At EF International Language Campuses in Perth, we are seeking an accomplished Education Leader to oversee our Academic Department.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or related field, or DELTA certified, with experience teaching English as a foreign language to international students.
As the key figure in the Academic department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing course programs, providing overall leadership and management, and ensuring academic quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and lead professional development sessions for teachers.
- Manage student, teacher, course, and classroom scheduling to meet student needs and achieve course objectives.
- Correspond with global offices to ensure academic team compliance with school accreditation and policies.
**Qualifications and Competencies:**
- Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or related field, or DELTA certified.
- Experience teaching English as a foreign language to international students is essential.
- Academic management experience is highly valued.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
