Job Description

The Director of Learning (Years 10-12) is a senior leadership role at our College, responsible for advancing the College's mission and vision. This position drives a collaborative culture focused on quality learning, academic excellence, and the growth of both students and staff.

The successful candidate will lead the academic direction and outcomes of senior students, as well as the professional capacity and development of teaching staff. They will oversee the vision, alignment, and performance of the College's academic and learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing and overseeing strategic academic programs and processes that monitor and support student learning progression and growth.
  • Leading the College's pedagogical priorities, ensuring the adoption of differentiated, high-impact, and innovative teaching practices that align with the College's philosophy of personalised learning.

As a member of the School Improvement Team, the Director of Learning (Years 10-12) will foster a team-based approach to all learning and teaching initiatives.
