Post Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Production Support Specialist to join our team at Charles River Development. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Define new client requirements and configure the application to meet their business and technical needs.
- Train users on existing workflows and gather requirements for new asset classes, security types, and business lines.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements issues, providing product expertise and guidance throughout the post go-live journey.
- Educate customers on the methodologies and functionality provided by CRIMS, advising on best practices for implementation and operation.
- Evaluate customer requirements to identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and services.
- Responsible for maintaining a client issues list and status reporting.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong background in investment management systems.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems.
- Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes and buy-side workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
