Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Studios team, you will be responsible for operating video and audio production equipment for both Studios live or pre-recorded content creation as well as for On/Off campus events support.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-end video and audio production equipment for Studios live or pre-recorded content creation and On/Off campus events support.
- Ensure the health and maintenance of all equipment systems.
- Successfully navigate operating high-end content under the direction of a Studio or Event Producer, while following pre-established standard operation procedures.
- Collaborate with the producer during operations and provide operational services: videography, audio engineering, and other necessary technical studio equipment.
- Optimize systems for the best quality attainable and dynamically flex to client needs and changes.
- Ensure a high-standard of production that is on-brand and exceeds customer expectation.
- Participate in post-event feedback discussions and surveys.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional broadcast or events experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- 4+ years of operational experience with audio, video, lighting, and livestreaming systems.
- 1+ years of experience in post-production services.
- 3+ years in a studio environment.
- 3+ years of camera operation experience.
- Versed in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of video production processes including; pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production deliverables.
- Experience taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.
- Experience in effectively communicating with a diverse audience.
