About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Asset Manager to lead our Office portfolio, driving performance and growth through effective asset management strategies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing asset strategies that align with our Fund and Investor objectives, considering factors such as leasing, tenant engagement, and investment in asset positioning.

You will work closely with our Funds Management team to develop portfolio-level strategies, presenting to investors, JV partners, and Boards as required.

Additionally, you will manage the portfolio-level financial analysis required for investment decisions and reporting, coordinating with internal and external property managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing the execution of asset strategies for the portfolio
  • Assisting the Funds Management team in developing portfolio-level strategies
  • Managing portfolio-level financial analysis and reporting
  • Coordinating with internal and external property managers
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience in Real Estate Funds/Investment Management, specifically in the Office sector, with a strong background in investment/asset or funds management.

You will have a proven track record of leading a team, effectively utilizing your people and business management skills to develop strategy and provide direction and influence across the organization.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in valuation, cash flow analysis, performance calculations, and asset management performance
  • Proficiency in managing investors and capital partners and/or raising capital for real estate investment
  • Experience in developing fund and investment strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting investment recommendations and presentations
