About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Operations teams at various Villages across the Bowen Basin, Gunnedah Basin, and Pilbara Regions. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, these roles will require you to work collaboratively with multiple departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Retail.

This position involves working in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be required to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure. Your excellent communication skills and willingness to learn will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve team goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for residents
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the Village
  • Collaborating with senior staff members to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the commercial hospitality industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts if required
  • Relevant certifications, such as RSA and First Aid, are highly regarded
