About the Role:

As Assistant Venue Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We seek an individual with a proven track record in managing large-capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

About You:

We're seeking someone with:

  • At least 2 years of Management experience in a similar venue
  • Experience working in a Gaming & Wagering venue
  • Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
  • Capacity to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
  • CLO desirable but not necessary
