Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled video editor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, have a deep understanding of the power of visual stories, and be skilled in using psychology to bring out the best in every person and company we work with.

  1. Craft compelling story-driven videos that connect deeply with audiences by using storytelling and psychology to evoke emotion and inspire action.
  2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring ideas and concepts to life, helping clients showcase their unique strengths.
  3. Manage the entire post-production process, including video editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery, ensuring quality at every stage.
  4. Stay updated on the latest editing techniques and storytelling trends to revolutionise the way we tell stories.
  5. Work efficiently within deadlines and project requirements while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
  6. Help shape the future of storytelling in the industry, leaving a lasting impact through your work.
Key Requirements:

We're looking for someone based on the Gold Coast with passion projects or past work to demonstrate your love for storytelling and editing.

  1. Story Focused Video Editing Experience.
  2. Ability to get people excited with your edits.
  3. Inspire people when they watch these stories/videos.
  4. Pursuit of perfection in each video created.
  5. Openness to constructive criticism to grow as an editor.
  6. A proven track record that you can prove (by sending us video links).
  7. Knowledge of Premiere Pro (extensive).
