About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Civil Site and Project Engineer as well as a Supervisor to join an established team. This is a rare opportunity to gain experience in managing your own section of works on civil projects.

This ongoing work will keep you employed in Canberra / ACT or Wagga Wagga, working on roads, subdivision, earthworks and civil projects. You will form part of a talented, professional team of individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in civil projects worth over $5m in value.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a team.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
