We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our marketing and technical services in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic growth, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful results across regional and global markets.

About the Role

As the Chief Marketing Officer - ANZ, you will collaborate with the CEO and ANZ leadership team to define and execute strategic direction.

You will lead the development of innovative marketing strategies, products, and solutions for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region.

You will work closely with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.

You will be responsible for maintaining key external stakeholder relationships, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.

You will partner with technical and marketing teams, as well as procurement and communications counterparts, to drive business results and achieve organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned leader with 8-10 years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably within the construction or technical services industry.
  • A proven track record of managing regional or global market needs focused on product development, marketing, and innovation.
  • Expertise in working within matrix and multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality standards and organizational objectives are met.

About the Opportunity:

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
