Visionary Marketing Leader for Australia and New Zealand

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand. As the Head of Marketing and Technical Services for the ANZ region, you will be responsible for driving strategy, leading teams, and delivering impactful results across regional and global markets.

About the Role

As the Head of Marketing and Technical Services - ANZ, you will collaborate with the CEO and ANZ leadership team to define strategic direction, lead marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region. You will work closely with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy, build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, and partner with technical and marketing teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic direction for marketing, innovation, and product development in the ANZ region
  • Lead marketing, innovation, and product development teams to deliver impactful results
  • Collaborate with global heads of marketing and R&D to align regional and global strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Partner with technical and marketing teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, ideally within the construction or technical services industry
  • Proven experience managing regional or global market needs focused on product development, marketing, and innovation
  • Expertise in working within matrix and multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of strategy development and implementation
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality standards and organizational objectives are met
