About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our marketing and technical services in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver impactful results across regional and global markets.

As the ANZ Regional Marketing Director for Construction Innovation, you will collaborate with the CEO and ANZ leadership team to define the strategic direction of our company. You will be responsible for leading marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region.

You will work closely with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy, building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers. You will also partner with technical and marketing teams, as well as procurement and communications counterparts, to drive business results.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need 8-10 years of leadership experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, ideally within the construction or technical services industry. You will have proven experience managing regional or global market needs focused on product development, marketing, and innovation.

You will possess expertise in working within matrix and multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of strategy development and implementation. Strong project management experience is essential, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality standards and organizational objectives are met.
