We're seeking a visionary leader to drive our marketing and technical services in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

You will lead marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region.

You will work closely with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy.

You will build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.

You will partner with technical and marketing teams, as well as procurement and communications counterparts, to drive business results.

We're looking for someone with:

8-10 years of leadership experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, ideally within the construction or technical services industry.

Proven experience managing regional or global market needs focused on product development, marketing, and innovation.

Expertise in working within matrix and multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of strategy development and implementation.

Strong project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality standards and organizational objectives are met.
