HR Systems Administrator Role

This role is responsible for delivering strategic HR services and information across the Enterprise. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the Global HR Operations team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and provide high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various segment HR policies and practices.
  • Handle system process requests from clients and internal team members while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Perform daily system maintenance, supporting existing or new applications timely.
  • Process Payments with different vendors and assist with vendor management.
  • Utilize knowledge management tools to provide accurate information in local markets.
  • Research and resolve issues according to defined scope and local or regional legislation.
  • Conduct routine system transactions specific to role following standard operating guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability and desire to learn new, complex systems.
  • Ability to drive processes and deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show sound judgment to make decisions and display appropriate sense of urgency.
