IT Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage documentation, and facilitate effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking IT projects.
  2. Support project managers in defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Monitor timelines and budgets; prepare regular status reports.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
  5. Manage documentation including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
  6. Track budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
  7. Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  8. Identify and escalate issues to minimize risks.
  9. Support user training, testing, and change management.
  10. Ensure compliance with IT governance and data protection policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
