This role presents an opportunity for an experienced Estimator or Team leader to take the next step in their career, managing the workflow of a team of 4 BOQ Estimators.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    - Managing the workflow of a team of 4 BOQ Estimators

    - Maintaining the Estimating database

    - Attending workflow meetings

    - Implementing processes to streamline the Estimating process

    - Maintaining and improving recipes & formulas on Databuild

 

Ideal Candidate:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    - Experience as an estimator with strong production knowledge and leadership qualities.

    - 4-5 years in a Sales and/or Production Estimating role for a homebuilder;

    - Management experience preferred

    - Strong knowledge of BOQs

    - Understanding of construction techniques, terminology, costs and ability to communicate effectively in Layman's terms.

    - Effective communication and negotiation skills

    - Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects.

    - DataBuild experience (essential)
