Enterprise Data Strategist

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Data Strategist to shape the future of our organization's data environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a leading role in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures on-premises and in the cloud using Teradata, DB2, and IBM InfoSphere suite.
  • Expert Support: Provide expert-level support for data warehouse platforms, database administration, and data integration services including ETL, ELT, and data quality management.
  • Solutions Development: Develop and deliver real-time data quality services including cleansing, enrichment, standardization, and data governance.
  • Infrastructure Management: Design and implement solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud integration.
Selection Criteria:
  • Data Lifecycle Expertise: Experience across the full data lifecycle from acquisition to analytics, with a strong understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data science concepts.
  • Tech Savvy: Expertise in setting up and migrating enterprise environments using Teradata, DB2, Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure, with a solid understanding of database design and data integration principles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce system design documentation, technical specs, UML diagrams, and environment definitions.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.
