We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships, ensuring continued business profitability, and maintaining high service standards.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating client services, meeting clients' needs and expectations in a timely and responsive manner, processing requests and tasks, maintaining customer information, handling inbound calls and queries, managing contractual documents, monitoring workload and service levels, and communicating effectively with the team leader.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
