The College seeks a visionary People and Culture Leader to spearhead strategic workforce initiatives, driving organisational development aligned with the institution's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Executive team to form and implement staff engagement and development strategies, ensuring alignment with the College's purpose and cultural behaviours.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, fostering a positive work environment that supports the College's values and purpose.
- Provide facilitative support in recruitment, advising staff and leadership on HR matters, including training and development opportunities.
- Be available to address critical HR issues as they arise, working closely with senior management and colleagues to provide solutions.
