Retail Customer Service Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
">As a key member of our store team, you will be focused on providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, well-stocked and welcoming for our guests. This is a fast-paced role where being able to multi-task and manage your time effectively is essential.
>The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, comfortable working alone as well as within a team, and able to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and develop strong knowledge of our offerings. You will also be expected to promote our products and specials to drive sales and customer engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You will also need to be willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances, and to take ownership of your work.
