">- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead People Leadership and Management, Compliance & Quality, Customer Service/Stakeholder Management, Financial Management, Reporting Metrics & Analytics, Systems and Processes, and WH&S initiatives in compliance with Workforce Australia Contract.
Requirements:
">- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and flexibility with travel.
- Ability to drive team performance and deliver results with monthly targets.
- Full Australian working rights, a valid Police Check and Blue Card, and a valid Drivers License.
