Job Title: Chief Technology Architect

**Salary:** $180,000 - $220,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor technology teams, ensuring seamless integration with spatial departments
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization
  • Oversee technology projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery and quality results
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize technology spending and investments
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks, implementing robust measures to ensure data protection
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability evaluations to maintain a secure IT environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading teams and managing IT systems in a complex ICT environment
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, demonstrating expertise in technology strategy and implementation
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, with experience in project management and IT service management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
  • Excellent people management, relationship-building, and communication skills
