About the Role:

We are seeking experienced driver trainers to join our team at the Blackwater site. As a driver trainer, you will be responsible for training new employees who have recently obtained their MC qualifications to the Qube standard. This role requires a strong understanding of the Qube standard and the ability to effectively train new employees.

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Comply with Qube's Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of driver school training plans and projects.
  • Ensure all relevant training and compliance documentation is completed for each trainee.
  • Train new employees to the Qube standard.
  • Coordinate necessary training resources and assist in the development and review of training materials.
  • Provide support to trainees to achieve progress towards competency.
  • Fulfill driver duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Multi Combination Driver's License.
  • Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and tools.
  • Ability to meet all SSAN security checks, including ASIO and police checks.
