Program Leadership Opportunity

Develop and implement therapeutic programs that deliver high-quality care to children and young people across multiple services in ACT.

The foundation is committed to creating a more responsive, inclusive, and compassionate Out of Home Care (OOHC) system. As a program leader, you will play a key role in shaping this vision by leading the development and implementation of innovative programs that prioritize the needs of vulnerable children and young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Therapeutic program development and oversight
  • Staff management and leadership
  • Regulatory compliance and quality assurance
  • Delivery of therapeutic care and support to children and young people

We are seeking an experienced leader who can:

  • Develop and implement effective programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of trauma-informed practice and its application in OOHC
