**Job Title:** Therapeutic Services Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to children and families.

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to develop tailored goals with clients and their families, and experience in delivering evidence-based interventions. A tertiary qualification in Psychology with current registration with AHPRA is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct standardized clinical assessments to determine client needs and goals.
  • Provide education, support, and resources to clients and their families.
  • Develop functional, routine-based goals with clients and their families.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions and support inclusion in community activities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, current registration with AHPRA, counselling skills, and experience in completing risk assessments and mental health assessments are highly desirable.
