**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing equipment at client sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct corrective servicing by analysing, diagnosing, and rectifying equipment issues
  • Perform preventative servicing by servicing and maintaining installed equipment
  • Report on service assignments and faults
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure equipment is complete and well-maintained

**Requirements:**

  • A recognized electrical trade qualification
  • Previous experience interacting with customers face-to-face
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities
  • An unrestricted driver's license and a willingness to submit a clear full driving history record
  • The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
