About the Role

This is a hybrid position where you'll work directly with our General Manager, combining executive support with hands-on development coordination.

It's a great opportunity for either:

  • An experienced Executive or Development Assistant ready to step up, OR
  • A junior candidate currently studying Project/Construction Management, looking for a cadet-style role with mentorship and real-world experience.
What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the GM
  • Assist with project coordination: scheduling, documentation, stakeholder comms
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and government agencies
  • Manage calendars, meetings and travel logistics
  • Contribute to planning and project delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced candidates: proven background in EA/Development support (ideally property or construction)
  • Junior candidates: studying a relevant degree, with a strong interest in development
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
  • A passion for learning and contributing to impactful projects
