Job Description:

This role involves working with individuals to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored coaching, linking them to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors.

This is a fast-paced environment where energy, empathy, and outcomes matter.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
