Axiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises. Our team is looking for a skilled resource to coordinate various activities, from simple tasks to complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture incidents in the issue log.
  • Escalate incidents to relevant individuals and support teams for support.
  • Coordinate with end-users and support teams to capture additional details to support investigation.
  • Provide ad-hoc updates to relevant stakeholders on items in the issue log.
  • Accurately maintain issue log with updates.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Create IT support content, including reference guides, knowledge base articles, WalkMe guided tours, and email communications.
  • Develop IT promotional content, such as workplace posts, basic presentations, and email communications.
  • Maintain updates to system content as changes occur.
  • Improve system content over time based on feedback from content consumers and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy individual with natural affinity with technology.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Project management skills (junior level is acceptable).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Experience:

  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Freshers and IT students are also welcome.
