Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and industry standards.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Monitor and ensure contract compliance, including legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date contract documentation. Organize data into structured formats such as spreadsheets, databases, or data visualization tools.
  • Collect relevant data from internal (e.g. sales reports, project management tools, inventory databases) and external (e.g. economic research reports, industry benchmarks) sources.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, addressing contract changes and resolving issues promptly.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing key findings and create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Coordinate project information and ensure seamless communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Use statistical and mathematical tools to analyse various company data, including sales trends, project performance metrics and inventory turnover rates, to identify trends, patterns and KPIs.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.
  • Track project budgets and monitor financial alignment with contract terms.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing contract engagement processes and project outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to senior management on the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of new policies to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in contract management, project coordination, or similar roles within the construction or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety requirements is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and project management tools.

This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
