Key Responsibilities:- Administer and oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and industry standards.
- Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project deadlines.
- Monitor and ensure contract compliance, including legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date contract documentation. Organize data into structured formats such as spreadsheets, databases, or data visualization tools.
- Collect relevant data from internal (e.g. sales reports, project management tools, inventory databases) and external (e.g. economic research reports, industry benchmarks) sources.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, addressing contract changes and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate regular reports summarizing key findings and create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- Coordinate project information and ensure seamless communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients.
- Use statistical and mathematical tools to analyse various company data, including sales trends, project performance metrics and inventory turnover rates, to identify trends, patterns and KPIs.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.
- Track project budgets and monitor financial alignment with contract terms.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing contract engagement processes and project outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive advice to senior management on the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of new policies to achieve desired outcomes.
- At least a Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in contract management, project coordination, or similar roles within the construction or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety requirements is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in contract management software and project management tools.
This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
